Passion For Promarkers - Teddy Bear's Picnic!

Happy Tuesday, it's time for another challenge at Passion For Promarkers. This week the fabulous Denise has chosen this week's theme. We want to see cards with Teddy Bears.

Joanna Sheen is our wonderful sponsor for this week's prize, & the lucky winner will get a £10 vouche to spend on all the fabulous goodies in her store!

I used Young Alexa by Elizabeth Bell for SCACD, from Quixotic Paperie. She's coloured with Aqua Markers. The papers are MME - Penny Lane. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

I added glitter round the frame & the papers are glittered too, though that doesn't show up very well in the photos. But I would like to also enter my card into the challenge at Quixotic Paperie this week, which is 'Shiny, Happy People'.
Please check out the fab creations of my fellow D-Teamies at the PFP blog, if you have not already done so, & play along.

Thanks so much for looking.

It's Friday & time for another fab challenge at Crafts 4 Eternity. This week it's a nice easy one for you. We want you to

1. Follow the sketch

2. Use your favourite stamp

3. Use your favourite colours

Choosing my favourite of anything is almost impossible for me. It just depends on my mood normally. But as soon as I saw the challenge, this Sugar Nellie, Purrfect Playmates image is the stamp I reached for. I just think it's such a pretty picture. It's coloured with Aqua Markers, I think I've forgotten how to use anything else of late!

There is not much to say about this. I used my favourite DPs, Basic Grey - Cappella.

Please pop over to the C4E blog & see the fabulous creations of my fellow D-Teamies. While you're there check out the fabulous range of digi images Michele has available at the Crafts 4 Eternity store, you might just pick up a bargain or two while your there as well!!

Thanks for looking.

Crafts 4 Eternity #47 - Holidays!

It's Friday & time for another fab challenge at Crafts 4 Eternity. This week we want you to,

1. Follow the sketch
2. Use a Holiday theme.

We're kindly sponsored this week by the lovely Suzette at Crafty Sentiments, who is offering this fab digi snowman to this weeks winner.

For my card I rotated the sketch & used the adorable Sugar Nellie image, Santa's letter.

He's coloured with Promarkers & my DPs are Basic Grey Wassail.

I kept everything simple on this & used a Martha Stewart deep border punch for the snowflakes, with a few adhesive pearls for good measure.
Please pop on over to the C4E blog to see the fabulous creations of my fellow D-Teamies.
I'd also like to enter this at A Spoonfull of Sugar, where the theme is Christmas.
Hope everyone has had a good week. Enjoy your weekend!
Thanks for looking.

Passion For Promarkers - Winter Blue Christmas

Happy Tuesday Everyone! We've got another fabulous challenge over at Passion For Promarkers. My lovely D-Teamie, Anja has come up with this weeks offering & it's the perfect excuse to get started on your Xmas cards. We would like you to use a winter blue colour scheme on your Xmas themed cards.

Our fabulous prize this week is a £10 voucher to spend at The Secret Crafter. So what more incentive do you need?!

For this challenge I inked up a gorgeous Willow stamp from Whiff of Joy. I love this colour scheme & used my Aqua Markers to colour her. I'm still getting the hang of these, but I love the depth & range of colur you can get with a single pen.

My DP is from MME & I used a piece of Papermania patterned vellum. The gorgeous lace was either from Qixotic Paperie or Hobbycraft, I forget. The oversized snowflake was created with a Spellbinders die. I covered the lowest layer in Twinklets along with a couple of snowflakes I punched out. You can't have Winter Blue Xmas, without a bit of frosty sparkle, right?!

I used this week's fab sketch at Friday Sketchers for my layout. Nice & simple, just how I like it! So I am also entering my card there.

I hope you'll now scot on over, if you haven't already done so, to the PFP blog, where you'll find my DT colleagues also appeared to have a lot of fun with this challenge. Their cards are all stunning!

Thanks so much for looking. Hope everyone is having a good week!

Big Hugs,
Andie xx

Crafts 4 Eternity Recipe Challenge #45 with AquaMarkers

It's Friday & time for a new challenge at Crafts 4 Eternity! This week we want you to
1.Follow the sketch
2. Use pastel colours
3. Make a Hello card or gift.
I inked up Tilda Blowing Bubbles for this challenge. She's just gorgeous! I say that about all the Tildas don't I?!!

This is a first for me. This is my first card using the new styled Aqua Marker pens. I'm still practising, but I really like them. Obviously I need more time to get used to them, but you can get great tone & shading with them. They are much more like using Distress Inks than Promarkers.

The DPs are Magnolia Ink & the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. I used Glossy Accents on the bubbles to give them a bit of reflection.
So I hope you'll head on over to the C4E blog & join us for this week's challenge. Please check out the fabulous work of my fellow D-Teamies, they have been excelling themselves yet again.
Thanks so much for looking,

Crafts 4 Eternity #45

Happy Friday everyone & big YAY! it's the weekend! Time for this weeks Crafts 4 Eternity challenge. This week we want you to
1. Follow the sketch
2. Use lemon & lime either the colours &/or the fruit.
I really enjoyed this challenge. I've never used this colour scheme before & love how fresh it looks!

I used another Tilda. I have to admit to finding the summer Magnolias almost irresistable & I've not made much effort to restrain myself! This little cutie is adorable; aren't they all?! She's coloured with Distress Inks & the papers are K & Co.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts & Bizzy Becs & I sprinkled them with Twinklets. I used a Tesco (!) butterfly punch round the edges.

I hope you'll pop on over to the C4E blog now to see the fab creations of my fellow D-Teamies. I'm loving what they have created this week. Play along this week & you could be the next Guest Designer joining us through September.

Thanks so much for looking!

Passion For Promarkers - Sketch Challenge

Happy Tuesday! Time for the Passion for Promarkers challenge & this week it has been chosen by my lovely D-Teamie Tracy, who has designed this fabulous sketch for you to follow. No other restrictions, so plenty to get your teeth into!

Our fab sponsor this week is Joanna Sheen who has kindly offered a £10 voucher to be spent on wonderful Joanna Sheen goodies.

I am soooo smitten with the image I used this week. This is Willow, one of the Lil Lolita range available only at Tickled Pink Stamps in Australia. She & her friends are just gorgeous! I just love those big doe eyes & super long eyelashes!

I used Basic Grey - Cappella papers. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, which I've also spritzed with Glimmer Mist. The swirl is a Marianne Design Creatable die. I added a charm in lieu of a sentiment as I am not sure how I will use this card.
.
The good news, if you can't wait for the mail all the way from Australia, is that lovely Kellie at Tickled Pink Stamps is making the entire range available as limited edition digis for a very limited time from Thursday 5th August at 5pm Victoria, Australian time to midnight Sunday 8th. Not sure how that translates across the rest of the world, but be ready!! No I'm not on commission here, I just think these stamps are gorgeous & I received fabulous service from Kellie when I ordered mine.
So now time to get busy with our challenge. Please check out the wonderful creations of my fellow D-Teamies at the PFP blog. They have, as usual, excelled themselves.
Thanks so much for looking. Have a wonderful week!
Big Hugs,
Andie xx
