Gosh, it's been a while since I last posted anything! So let me start by wishing each & everyone of you a Happy & Prosperous New Year, with lots time & inspiration to achieve a wonderfully creative 2011!
Though I haven't been near the computer much in the last few weeks, I do have a few cards to show that I made since my last post. These first to use my favourite LOTV Christmas image. The first I made for my boss for the team to sign & the second was requested by a colleague for his wife when he saw the first card, so they are very similar.
The images are coloured with Distress Inks & I used Glistening Snow Writer for the snow & Martha Stewart Leaf Glitter for the tinsel. It looks really effective IRL. The papers are Memory Box - Mistletoe.
I'm so pleased with how these turned out. They have to be amongst my favourite cards for the whole of last year!
The were several challenges I had planned to enter these into, but time got away from me. Christmas was more about family than spending time on the computer & as a result I have neglected some very lovely people. But I intend to remedy that asap! There is still one challenge running that I will enter these into & that is 'Sparkle & Shine' at Bunny Zoes.
So for now that is it, but now I am back in the saddle I will have lots more to show you! Starting tomorrow with my Dt card for Crafts 4 Eternity, where we will have a new format, so check it out!
Till then, have a lovely day!
Thanks for looking,
Big Hugs,
Andie xx

Such beautiful cards, and I'm just loving the papers.
Looking forward to seeing all the yummy things you do in 2011
Andie! Both are gorgeous! I loooooove this image! Isn't it sweet?!!! Your coloring looks amazing and the aura around it is beautiful, it really seems like a snowy day! Love the red tinsel around the post too!!!

Happy New Year, Andie! I hope you enjoyed a fabulous Christmas. I've not managed to pop by since New Year but I see you have made two lovely cards. I love how you shade around your images so softly. It really makes them pop. Perfect papers for this cute little bird house and your tinsel is inspired. It looks so real! Hugs, Lesley
