Whoop Whoop for the weekend & another fab challenge at Secret Crafters. Our fabulous challenge this week has been chosen by brilliant Bridget, aka Curlybear, who wants us to use
THE COLOURS OF AUTUMN
It's always a pleasure to use the rich reds, oranges & browns of Autumn, but I wasn't ready to go the whole hog & create an entirely Autmnal themed card. I haven't given up on summer yet! I chose this beautiful Simply Sassy image & gave her the full on Fall colour treatment with my Distress inks! The papers are Basic Grey - Curio. The flowers were cut with a Spellbinders die & the leaves with a Doo Hickey.
I have to say I'm really pleased with how this adorable cutie turned out. I used the fab sketch at Papertake Weekly for my layout, so I am entering this there.

Is anyone going to the Craft Show at the Trafford Centre today? If you see me, please stop me & say 'Hello!' I don't bite. I'll be the big tall one with the curly hair, reaching stuff down off the highest displays for people. I always get asked to do that in the supermarket!!
